Awhile back I visited the Vickers ranch in Brooks County just north of McAllen off US Hwy 281. I was blown away by what I saw and heard.  Illegal aliens of all sorts trekking through their ranch and right to Mike and Linda Vickers’ doorstep. From MS-13 gang members to young mothers with children. For the Vickers, the wide open border is a problem 24/7/365.

With permission from Mrs. Linda Vickers, I will share with you a series of her raw, unfiltered accounts about daily life on the border.  And as you read these accounts of our fellow Texans you might wonder as I do, if this was happening in my neighborhood in Tyler, in my yard, at my door, how long would we tolerate it?  What about our elected officials in Washington?
